      Pros

      SafelyYou has grown a lot this 2022 and because of that, the HR team has done an outstanding onboarding experience. One of the best I've ever had! - great communication from the moment you accept your offer and next steps - clear concise presentations - expectations of you are made very apparent - hands on experience - extremely organized - well planned out first few weeks - management is involved every step of your first 90 days

      Cons

      While the company grows, there are a few things evolving. It is important not to get hung up on what's wrong but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions that support that. This growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it.

      Mission driven, purposeful work that allows clinicians to still carry out their focus and work remotely, excellent leadership.

      Cons

      Growing pains of startup and remote setup, work-life balance challenging at first but absolutely able to adapt in time.

      Pros

      Mission driven work, engaged leadership, remote work, fast paced and exciting. The most incredible company I have ever been a part of. We did need to do some recent lay offs and it saddens me to see the negative reviews. I understand frustration but this company is incredible, the CEO is one of the kindest and most passionate people I have ever worked with. If you have the opportunity to join this team, take it!

      I love everything about it. However, some people may not enjoy frequent change and the fast paced environment.
