      Helping individuals with mci issues. Remote work

      Cons

      Toxic environment, marketing team will bully you and no one takes action. HR team does not care about you! CEO isn’t involved in anything and COO is the most disrespectful leader I’ve ever worked under. The company is non sustainable and has had multiple layoffs this year. Many competitors are far ahead and SafelyYou can’t make any sales.

      Great mission and vision. Inspiring mission

      Cons

      Mission is inspiring but the business model is working. Recession looming or not they need a better sales and business model. The COO is horrible at interpersonal communication and skills. Doesn’t even acknowledge you. Is known for being rude but her cousin her is in HR defends her saying it is just personality. Unacceptable behavior. CEO kept saying we are recession proof and then shortly after did 2 major layoffs. The way they do their business is definitely not going to be recession proof.
