Cons
Where do I start? The CEO will tell you SY is 'recession proof' then lay you off a month later with no warning and the worst severance pay. For all the hard work you put it, they don't care about anyone except leadership which is a majority of the company. COO will talk to you like you don't matter. Typical work politics even though it is remote. Will lay you off if you're not 'Inclusive' enough too. Any company is better than this. Unless you are part of the C-Suite team they do not care!
