management disappears at times on a regular basis to do personal business . Its AWESOME when no ones manning the ship

They preach SAFETY but don't back it up because that would cost money. Terrible know it all management that is out of touch with reality . Next to ZERO help when help is needed . No defined plan to deal with VACATIONS to the point that drivers say that I can't talk my accured time off because NO one will cover their route . WOW...They are told by management to pull ahead on their work because management knows the work otherwise WONT get done . Mickey Mouse operation with numbers being the ONLY focus . MORALE is NON -EXSISTENT and MANAGEMENT says they care but we all know its B.S. They put people in charge that have minimal environmental experience . Tell 20 year employees how to do there job after being in charge for 2-3 months .. TRAIN on COVID but don't supply the us DRIVERS with masks for 2-3 weeks !!!! By the way buy your own sanitizer and well reimburse you ... REALLY ??????? WERE AN ENVIROMENTAL COMPANY and WE could not even SUPPLY and PROTECT ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES AT THE MID POINT OF THE PANDEMIC .... WHAT A MESS....
