• Most of the equipment is out of date and relies on people who have worked for 40 years or more to operate it • Lack of on boarding and clarity when people come from external companies on how to deploy experience • Small site and very isolated from the French sites • Lack of trust in UK workforce from senior management in France (your work will be double checked and triple checked by French colleagues) • French way or the highway • Appalling people leadership skills • Lack of appreciation and recognition for the hours people put in • Once you get hired into a role, no career progression opportunity in that role • Location is dreadful
