They do a lot of events for the employees benefits are good. 401k is great and pay is comperable

Cons

Not good management. New hire left to their own devices. Difficult to get to HR person who spent more time socializing behind closed door. Not good training in place.

There are a few good people there to work with....

Cons

List is to long to write all, but Bad management can close a door on a company quicker than any other reason and they are working on closing those doors. When will these happen only time will tell. The General Manager was fired and that was a good first step..
