      You can't get fired .you can sleep and come in impaired and you're good

      Cons

      Management complete idiots. Liars. If you are in Na or AA you got it made. Upper management is the good old boys group. Supervisors uneducated yet try to back SMART. JOKE. Sexual gestures daily . but don't worry if in the club. Government really needs to Audit this place. Managers getting kick backs from there NA contractors. The see what they want. You're good if you walk around drunk or high and don't bother anyone. This is really a very harmful place to work. Osha should make a visit.

      Pros

      I had a good experience at Saft. I enjoyed my team and my bosses. It’s always challenging and the days go by quickly.

      Cons

      There are a lot of competing programs fighting for resources. The health insurance was higher than average I would say. The Vice President on site and some of the other management members can be difficult to approach.
