Starting pay was high as compared to the average in the area. Some managers are honest and attempt to provide a decent atmosphere.
Cons
Head quartered in France, the french side makes all the decisions and refuse to listen to those in the US. They would rather things be done the "French way" than agree with an opinion from the US. It seems unlikely that the Jax facility will continue in it's current state. Major changes would be required to make this money pit successful. The company as a whole shows an inability to make good decisions, perhaps due to the short leash demanded by French leadership. HR is horrendously pitiful, often rude, and lacking anything that one might consider HR like. It is highly unlikely that the Jax facility will be there for another year.
