Pros

401k matching contribution is better than average, but must work 5 years to get it.

Cons

Bad culture, lack of leadership and dominance of the French resources over the US employees. The moving/relocation package is a trap. Beware.. Read the terms and conditions very closely. The Jacksonville plant is losing money for years. Probably due to be closed soon to save money after the government tax incentives are over. The company has not future in Jacksonville FL.

Pros

The benefits and salary are highly competitive.

Cons

The culture here is broken...they will tell you that all the bad reviews are old, and that new management has fixed the problems. They have NOT. The management here thrives on confrontational blame game. Turn over is high because of this, and almost anyone with experience has left the site. Those who remain are either good at the game, or are just broken because of the culture. And as 2020 approaches (employment obligations from government contracts will be finished) the future of the site is unknown. Take a job here if you enjoy getting thrown into a mess of problems, without training or guidance, and attacked by every angle while trying to solve them.
