Pros

A few of the engineers are great people with a ton of knowledge. You can learn a great deal working with them from.day to day.

Cons

Where do I start? The pay is below industry standard. Layoffs are a constant. Management doesn't plan accordingly and materials are always running out, so they send you home right after you get to work. They tell you to be flexible but they dont reciprocate that. So if you can survive off of a day or two a week of pay at times this is your job.

Pros

-Great pay -Great benefits -Lots of opportunity to solve problems -Great HR personalities -Great folks in maintenance and engineering

Cons

-Certain toxic behaviors by specific people are not corrected by management through direct intervention or through HR, allowing for a hostile work environment -The toxic behaviors include insincere speaking, malicious conduct , slander, and pursuit of selfish ambition at the expense of others -The toxic behaviors are coming from certain folks in management positions -These behaviors are then learned by folks coming up in the ranks and perpetuated by management's purposeful or ignorant inaction -Since the work environment is perceived as toxic, there is a high turnover -Turnover leads to various projects and efforts falling through the cracks, and constant training, driving down performance of the business -Key people leave due to the turmoil and then further kills performance due to key business process information loss -Folks who stay are promoted to levels that are beyond there skill set and experience, which then perpetuates poor performance and toxic behaviors
