Pros
There are a lot of interesting projects going on in Space, Military/Defense, along with some high performance racing work that's pretty cool. There is a lot to do, with fundamental R&D, design work, and manufacturing all happening in the same place. The company seems to care about listening to feedback and improving, and the benefits are pretty good (the 401k match in particular). Overall it's definitely one of the better government contracting companies.
Cons
Some of the benefits aren't the best. Getting raises and promotions is difficult and structured and doesn't always amount to much - it doesn't seem like there's ever much room for negotiation and projecting your future salary can be a disappointing exercise.
