Pros

401k matching contribution is better than average, but must work 5 years to get it.

Cons

Bad culture, lack of leadership and dominance of the French resources over the US employees. The moving/relocation package is a trap. Beware.. Read the terms and conditions very closely. The Jacksonville plant is losing money for years. Probably due to be closed soon to save money after the government tax incentives are over. The company has not future in Jacksonville FL.
