The culture is toxic and has not improved since my joining. Several management changes and multiple rounds of layoffs have made the matter worse and does not give any feel of a good vision, stability and consistency. Since the inception of the plant, the team and management is still trying to find a steady operations pace which is made worse due to lack of appropriate and efficient tools at the disposal of the employees. Even though some employees are very good team players with backgrounds from other good reputable industries, there are others who fit to the Saft mold provide a lot less value to the business and the company.
