Pros

The overall experience was very positive. The team is supportive, the work environment is friendly, and management is approachable. There’s a lot of opportunity to take initiative and learn on the job, and leadership genuinely cares about employees’ success and wellbeing.

Cons

There isn’t a clear or consistent training structure, so a lot of learning happens through trial and error or by asking colleagues. This can be challenging for new hires who prefer more guidance or formal onboarding.
