anything in hospitality is a labor of love, sometimes you do have to go with the flow, sometimes you have to make personal sacrifices, long hours

The culture and engagement from leadership on all levels is the best I have experienced in my entire career. I love this company!

There is nothing negative I have to say, other than I wish I would have worked for them sooner!

Pros

Hotel discounts were the best part.

Cons

Terrible management. No training. No support. No "team" vibe. Everyone throws everyone else under the bus to make themselves look good. Feels like walking on egg-shells and everyone is stressed out all the time.
