We had amazing experiences working for the company. GREAT BENEFITS!!!

Cons

The hotel i worked for the mangers were very unprofessional and underhanded. I don't feel that we were properly compensated for all the hard work we had done since the hotel was in construction when we started.

Thank you for the time you spent working at Sage. Opening a new property is a very rewarding yet extremely challenging. There is so much excitement that comes along with the opening and we believe in ‘all hands on deck’ when we open. I am so glad that you appreciated the benefits at Sage, we know that employees are the most important asset we have so try our best to keep them fairly compensated. I am sorry that you had a difficult experience with your Manager and hope that you relayed some details when you had your exit interview. That is how we can improve and make changes. Pros

Good environment nice people to work with company has really good insurance

Cons

Does not pay well for the competition in the area especially considering front desk agents are being paid 1050 an hour and car washes are hiring at 12:50 an hour

We strive to keep up with what is standard in the industry but at times there are situations where salaries and job descriptions can vary. Pros

Career advancement opportunities, decent compensation in an industry that is racing to the bottom, accesible knowledge and training, and exciting future for the company. If you can work with ambiguity and are excited to be a part of a rapidly growing company with a touch of growing pains the experience is great

Cons

Lack of connection to the actual challenges staff go through every day, great vision for the future but due to rapid growth company sometimes struggles to maintain simple processes, communication is not very good with too ideas without much action. If you are not an energetic learner and a self-starter you will not be happy or find much actual guidance.

My take away from your review is that when we as a company remain transparent, we will continue to attract the energetic learners and self-starters. We will always face challenges in our industry (and in all industries) and as you stated with our rapid growth, it presents its’ challenges and opportunities. I appreciate your suggestion regarding onboarding and hope that each of our properties do the best to provide employees with everything they can to be successful.
