Pros

The company truly walks the talk when it comes to team development and open communication. There’s a strong emphasis on employee growth, which means plenty of opportunities for learning, internal promotions, and cross-department collaboration. I have experience this myself when I was given the opportunity to accept the challenge of Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, having a 10 year experience background in events. Our Management is transparent about goals and objectives, which helps everyone feel more connected to the bigger picture and motivated reaching those numbers and client satisfaction.

Cons

The fast pace and high performance expectations can be intense, but I personally see this as an opportunity to evolve and grow. It pushes me to develop new skills, stay sharp, and challenge myself professionally.
