Pros

Sage Hospitality Group offers a positive, inclusive work environment where team members are encouraged to grow. Our General Manager, Florence, is always there for us—she leads by example, supports the team, and motivates us to be our best every day. Leadership is approachable, and the company values are clearly reflected in daily operations.

Cons

Like most roles in hospitality, the hours can be long, especially during busy seasons. More structured communication between departments could help with daily efficiency. Onboarding for leadership roles could also be more streamlined.

Pros

Sage is a place where your work feels meaningful, your ideas are heard, and your growth is supported. From the start, I’ve been given both trust and responsibility - things that have accelerated my development and allowed me to make a real impact. The Sage commitments - Energizing Hearts, Engaging Minds, and Encouraging Success - aren’t just words on a dashboard; they show up in how we collaborate, support each other, and pursue excellence every day. I’ve had the chance to rebuild and reshape our cybersecurity program, collaborate across departments, and work directly with leaders who truly care about both people and performance. The culture fosters belonging. I feel valued, not just for what I do but for who I am. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, wants to solve real problems, and wants your contributions to matter - Sage is where you'll belong.

Cons

The pace of work and continuous evolution at Sage can be invigorating, but it does require a proactive mindset and comfort with change. Those who enjoy taking ownership and navigating ambiguity will thrive, while others may need time to adjust to the dynamic environment.
