Pros

The company takes care you. Makes you feel important and that this is your home. Great ppl to work with. Good Pay.

Cons

We could use more labor in the dept that makes things shine! Extra Body. More work to home balance. Wears on morale. Schedule flexibility to allow time off.

Great Company

Pros

Sage is a great company. I had multiple bosses, and all were fair, transparent, supportive when needed, and allowed me enough space to lead my team. I have been employed by Sage for 7 years now, and I feel that if the company continues in the same direction, I will be for many more years.

Cons

I don't see a lot of cons.

Sage is very people oriented. They see you as a person before an employee. It is a creative environment where you can be valued for new ideas.

Cons

There can be long hours and at times issues get pushed down the trail instead of taking ownership
