Thank you for your feedback. We're keen to understand colleague feedback to ensure we can learn from it and make the necessary changes required to enhance the experiences of our colleagues. That being said, we have a plethora of resources available to colleagues through Talent Marketplace, LinkedIn Learning and Sage University that cater to their upskilling needs. For sure, there's a lot more we can do to improve what we offer and we will continue working on this. However, there's quite a bit in there already to really help our colleagues unleash their potential.
