The way that I describe SageSure, when I first came to sage sure I felt like I belong, we are all great people that live different lives, culture and thoughts but we all come together as one helping each other and others

Cons

Sage Sure has a standard that grounds us as a company to become one like values and one of them is that we run down the hall meaning that we go above and beyond to help others and our fellow members if you are not a team player this is not the job for you

SageSure provides 3 weeks of paid training for CSRs to learn all there is to know about the company's processes and products. The employee benefits and employees themselves are outstanding. Company is very attentive to employee needs and offers plenty of resources for guidance.

Cons

It can sometimes be hard to get a response from the appropriate department, with some issues being lost in a queue altogether, leading to some awkward or disastrous customer interactions. The company has an innovative spark, so I know these processes are being streamlined, but for now it can get difficult.
