Cons
While the company has experienced impressive growth and has adapted well to the evolving industry, one area that still requires attention is the integration of systems and programs. With the growth, many of the tools we use on a daily basis do not communicate with each other seamlessly. This lack of integration creates a rather manual and time-consuming process for many of us. I do realize this is a good problem to have and we are making changes already, but a bit of room to go.
