Cons

Very disorganized... no work life balance... Always desperate to hire as turnover is very high. Training is inconsistent. Unfortunately, advice & suggestions are rarely welcomed.

Pros

Generous bonus structure. Annual merit increases. Smart people to work with. Company seems to be thriving financially.

Cons

Very awkward work culture. Communication seems passive-aggressive and a bit savage sometimes, with interjections, roadblocks, derailments, and interruptions causing delays but the loudest wins. It's unclear who the decision-makers are. While executives seem knowledgeable in their expertise and passionate, some of the middle-managers making day-to-day decisions case some serious wear and tear on their teams...in which their qualifications or skills in basic collaboration are questionable.
