Pros

Free lunch on Tuesday’s, drive from house to office isn’t brutal. Friendly co-workers.

Cons

Where do I start? The pay doesn’t equal the amount of work you do. Bonuses and promotions are based on skin color and how much leadership likes you. Employees are belittled, dehumanized and forced to deal with toxic leaders, some are borderline racists. Human Resources doesn’t care about employees, they instead care about how their reputation and their bottom line. Political and inappropriate conversations should not occur in an office setting.

Pros

Management is very supportive and helpful. People are always willing to answer questions and help each other achieve company goals.

Cons

One of the company core values is to do what ever it takes to get things done. This leads to burn out and lots of overtime.

Thank you for sharing your feedback—we’re glad you’ve experienced the support and collaboration that differentiates the management teams at SageSure. The feedback you shared about the “Run Down the Hall” value is a sentiment we’ve heard before, so we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what one of our company values means and what it looks like in practice. “Run Down the Hall” at its core means acting with intentional urgency – our responsiveness is fueled by empathy and a passion for helping others. It means balancing speed with what matters most. And it means exceeding expectations in ways that help us build new skills and grow, not in ways that lead to burnout. We recognize that for our teams to be responsive, do their best work, and love what they do, balance matters. We are actively working on this issue, examining workloads and hours, thinking critically about how we hire, and making sure our values continue to be a source of pride and inspiration. Hearing this feedback reinforces that our work to address these concerns matters – and we’re committed to getting this right."
