This is a company that truly cares about their employees. It is exciting to come to work everyday knowing that what you do has an impact in helping the company continue to grow! I've never worked somewhere that truly believes we can do things to help people in tough situations, that empowers their employees to work to their full potential and encourages us to support each other with positivity, optimism, hard work and dedication to doing our best work.

Cons

Growing at the rate of roughly 30% annually brings a few growing pains, but management has laid out a clear path to grow our team to match.
