* Fast growing company with great flexibility - new positions are constantly being created and current positions expanded. *Upper management is very good to work with. Willing to listen and communicate with employees. Can tell management is making an effort to develop the culture of our young company in a positive manner. * Wide variety of jobs all within Insurance industry. Not limited to one specific job track. Opportunity to work in various locations; literally all over the country. *We are an innovative company growing exponentially in all areas.

Cons

* The pains that come with growing - growth paths within the company are not clearly defined as we expand quicker than we can keep up with; communications between departments needs to be strengthened. * Salaries need to be market competitive with long term employees not just new hires or upper management.

- Significantly outpacing the industry in growth - Lots of career opportunities - Entrepreneurial spirit /very limited "red tape" - Lots of upside for continued high growth - Fast-paced environment - Good pay and benefits

Cons

While the lack of "red tape" is nice, occasionally a little more structure/process would be helpful. It will be developed as the company continues to grow (and hopefully will remain minimal - just enough but not too much!)
