Pros

helpful, collaborative, team approach to triage nursing. Providers are educational and wonderful to work with. Schedule flexibility and approachable supervisors.

Cons

sometimes patients can be difficult to redirect, however, self-care and support from teammates, providers, and supervisors is always readily available. It is a rewarding feeling to help patients, even if at times they are upset with a situation, usually they are calm and understanding by the end of it.

I have been with NAL for several years now, and love that everyday brings a new challenge. The administrative and management team is full of many wonderful individuals that help those below them to grow both professionally and personally. The company is very team and patient focused, which makes for a very positive, fun and hard-working atmosphere.
