Room for growth and advancement, experience what it's like to interact with patients with a wide array of mental health diagnoses, generally friendly office environment, lots of things to learn and do.

Cons

Extremely high work volume, not for people who are easily overwhelmed. Sometimes patients can be VERY rude, you must have a thick skin and self-control.

Pros

Flexible work hours and vacation time was a plus. I also really enjoyed working with the patients and getting acquainted the mental health care field.

Cons

-Terrible work environment (no windows, grey walls, depressing pictures, dirty floors and chairs, uncomfortable/cheap desk chairs, crammed area). -Upper management does not support office staff what so ever. Requests are put in, receive a response back (maybe) "we will look into this".... and then nothing. -Terrible benefits -Not great pay -Major lack of training and professionalism -A lot of office drama -Terrible support system
