we get to help a lot of people needing mental health services

Cons

there's new management and they're unpleasant. it's not the the way it used to be, which was with a sense of community and collaboration

Free life insurance, some pay towards insurance (still more expensive then MNSure, etc.)

Cons

You'll likely be micromanaged on amount of clients. Pay is ambiguous and billing makes many errors and I believe it's setup for you to not understand well on how it works. There is little support and up to you to find a few colleagues to help you out.
