Nystrom and Associates is a great company! The work environment is very team oriented and everyone works hard to make sure everyone is welcome and a part of a team! There are lots of learning opportunities. The support staff role, in particular, is a great way to gain exposure to a variety of different experiences, prompting further development in healthcare and administration. Anyone interested in healthcare, mental health, or administration should certainly apply!

helpful, collaborative, team approach to triage nursing. Providers are educational and wonderful to work with. Schedule flexibility and approachable supervisors.

Cons

sometimes patients can be difficult to redirect, however, self-care and support from teammates, providers, and supervisors is always readily available. It is a rewarding feeling to help patients, even if at times they are upset with a situation, usually they are calm and understanding by the end of it.
