Great colleagues, flexible scheduling (depends on your pay structure, but there's a lot of personal control with the production model), support staff are wonderful, response to concerns has always been timely, CEUs available for low or no cost, some supervision is included for those working toward their license

Cons

It's very very busy and the scheduling is rigid in some ways (appointments can only be on the hour and only one hour, even intakes) stressful/demanding work at times although that's the nature of the mental health world, unpaid mandatory meetings

Great support from upper management. They encourage you to ask questions and give feedback on the company. If you put in the effort you will be rewarded with eventual promotion (lots of hiring comes from within). Overall, the "teamwork" vibe was strong, and made the work a lot more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this job to anyone who is looking to gain experience/insight into the mental health field. You will learn a lot!! Also, the pay is decent for the work being done, and it is constantly going up since the company continues to grow. .

Cons

Many staff members leave the company because the work can get repetitive (i.e. checking in clients, phone calls, sitting for long periods of time). This is fast paced, so be sure you're ready to handle some stressful days when understaffed. The days do go by a lot faster when it's busy though.

While the work can be repetitive, we aim to provide our employees with as much job variety as possible. Many of our staff transition roles frequently and move up in terms of job variety and pay. Most of our positions are filled internally so our goal is to provide as many opportunities for all of our employees to advance in their careers and job knowledge.
