Supportive staff, great benefits, flexible schedule, and even though it is a large company, you feel cared for and have a chance to meet and connect with other colleagues.

A return to Nystroms

Pros

I was a former employee who had resigned due to closer employment. That employment was not in my words " Nystroms." I resigned from there and returned to my former position. There was an overall feeling of being welcomed .The company has been one that is prompt in returning emails and calls. The supervisors have busy jobs, and multiple tasks, but have always been helpful and concerned. I am eager to work with a staff that has gone above others for this employee.

Cons

We are a busy facility, and certainly will need to expand. I shouldn't say this is a con. It is progress in the mental health communities we serve.

-Comparing to previous employers Nystrom management has friendly and efficient management. -The company makes sure you are well trained, and if questions ever do arise management is open about answering any questions -Pay and benefits are fair- nothing to complain about -Being about to help to people with their mental health is fulfilling work -Co-workers are friendly and there's no drama or gossip -Ability to move up in the company -Volunteer opportunities

I have nothing bad to say about Nystrom and Associates.
