      Easy to get the job.

      Cons

      -Plans are good, but mangers are not executing the plan correctly. -You have option to resignation by own, but managers are forcing the employee to abscond instead of resignation. -Mangers forcing the employees to work on Holiday's & weekends for generating revenue -There is no difference salary between new lead & old lead -Mangers are not allowing for apply IJP -Haired the employee by promising W@H, But not giving them -Not approving leave for the employee even the employees are having mandatory leave -Less salary
