      Cons

      Horrible turnover rates in Sales and some areas of operations. Lack of a positive culture that allows free expression of ideas and problems. Horrible to customers on extra charges and reweighs that most of the time are contested successfully.

      Saia is a company that truly knows how to achieve success. They care about the people and they care about their customers, as indicated by their Customer Service Indicators.

      Cons

      Communication and accountability between terminals and other hubs is horrible. Some dispatchers and people at the terminals have no sense of customer service and are never held accountable for their actions
