Nothing to provide positive about this agency. All the positive reviews are written by Saicon management their self. It employees are good but manager and head of department are so arrogant and irresponsible. To start your career you can join. Be active to work. Basic knowledge provided is good.

They can kick you out anyday without giving compensation. Yes, it happened with some of the employees. They will deduct your salary on the name of LOP without proper communication of leaves. Policies are not clear not fix. Very low pay. Management is really bad . Its not up to the mark. Mismanaged,Careless,Treated as Slave. All employees who are ready to be treated as "donkeys & slaves" then this company is the best choice for you!!! Ignores employee's satisfaction. Policies are not made for everyone. Want to take everything but not ready to give anything. Top management not follow the company policies. job security is zero, no proper work culture.
