Pros

Stable product line, but not very innovative with new products. Must wait for customer to ask for something new. Company does offer a lot of internal training. Chance at travel.

Cons

Salary is low (something that is openly discussed by management) and bonus is capped. Portion of health insurance we pay out of each check increases too much year over year and the benefits get worse. Vacation takes many years to build up. Promotions are limited inside my business unit and moving to other business units can be blocked by managers.

HR is very helpful with any problems or issues. The workers are all very friendly and a pleasure to be around.

Cons

Management seemed secretive at times and yelled at engineers for mistakes. Very unorganized when dealing with customers and keeping work orders up to date.
