Pros

Strong focus on safety; decent compensation/benefits; job stability; great co-workers

Cons

lack of growth, inconsistent management practice of values, risk-averse culture, little effort to get to know employees; far too complex organizational structure with obvious lack of cohesion between levels and functions.

Pros

Technical products, investment from parent company

Cons

Executives are removed from reality. Business units are not cohesive, lots of politics and internal competition.

Pros

The pay is generous and almost makes up for the lack of benefits offerred.

Cons

Many folks here place focus on finding blame instead of resolution or root cause analysis. It feels as though they need to catch up to current industry standards for employee morale and in many other aspects.
