Pros

There are growth opportunities for those who look for them within Saint Joseph Health System. It is a small community, and the more familiar one becomes with their surrounding departments, the more expansive and collaborative their work becomes. SJHS has a lot of great initiatives and ways to get involved, and, in my experience, there are great supervisors who encourage their colleagues to learn and grow.

Cons

I think Healthcare is tough right now. Staffing can be a challenge, finances can be a challenge, access to hospital services can be a challenge. Any barrier that is brought to the table is open for discussion, and leadership is open to hearing ideas for solving problems.
