Pros

There aren't any good reasons other than a paycheck . The cafeteria food is pretty good, and security is very well represented.

Cons

Backstabbing is a regular occurrence, nobody works together for a common goal, all executive VP's have selfish agenda's, as evidenced by their customer and employee engagement scores being the lowest in Trinity and CHE.

Their pay scale are fair - only fair as they haven't given us a pay increase in 2 years

Cons

It's always about leadership and I can honestly say there is none at SJ Med. They have an ego centered CEO - he's a little like Trump. It's obvious to all that he picked weak VPs. They in turn picked weak directors, etc, etc. Poorly run and a dangerous place to be if you're a patient.
