Pros

Most all members of the St. Luke's team are committed to excellence and compassion for all patience. I believe employees I work with share mutual respect for each other and dedication to giving the best care possible. Pay is competitive, and it helps when one has been around several years. Minimal supervision allows for autonomy and trust.

Cons

With such high standards come high expectations and demands. As a staff chaplain and a non-Episcopalian I am not given all the same respect within the Spiritual Wellness Department as Episcopalian chaplains. This brings us short of practicing the principles of diversity that we generally adhere to. Minimal supervision sometimes feel like less support.
