Pros

Lots of job openings available

Cons

Management has no clinical experience and does not understand the practice, Upper management has no idea who their employees are, PTO policies don’t allow you to take any time off, you must use 24hrs of PTO before sick time can be used (this encourages employees to come to work sick), holidays take 8hrs of PTO even though the office is closed, The organization’s COVID response makes no sense at all (employees moved to different areas and not given proper training or pay) Patient care focus is completely lost by corporate, employee and practice performance is rated solely on numbers tallied every month, teams are encouraged to take on more work than what they can handle with no extra help given.
