Saving lives in emergent situations. Great co-workers and the ability to skill sets to help physicians manage patient care. Multi-campuses for variety in work.
Cons
There are some pretty demanding requirements. Working late and long hours after getting called in from an emergent case. It's really hard to find a lot of cons with this position.
