      There is a real team spirit within this organization. People have each other's backs, and are willing to help where needed.

      Cons

      The Corporate leadership is not in touch with the day to day operations of the hospitals. Decisions are often made by the Corporate leaders without input of front line employees.

      Lots of opportunities. I place where you can learn many different types of work skills. Many locations to choose from to work.

      Would be better if management would allow more employees to work at places that are more convenient to their homes.
