Pros

They are expanding services into schools and the community, increasing accessibility and efficiency. Some of the program directors are really great at securing funding outside of managed care and the hospital system.

Cons

If you work for St. Luke's you are treated like a nurse or doctor, benefit-wise. So you do not get paid holidays, you have to use PTO. And the structure of Crittenton is becoming top heavy, with CEO's taking on roles more appropriate for clinical directors, in the interest of "selling" their programs to outside funders.
