      they do not practice what they preach! the company states that they provide with support but they do not. I was a new employee and the management support was very poor. In addition, to MANY layers of management

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice to work with most of the time. they have good health insurance and dental.

      Cons

      Management is very selective on who they like and who the don't like, makes me feel like I'm in high school all over. HR is more for the protection of management and less for workers. just no you a replaceable in a drop of a dime there.
