Pros

They take their brand seriously, provide excellent patient care and do great things. Good pay, decent health insurance, excellent dental insurance.

Cons

Depends on who you are and what department you work in whether you will have a positive experience, a supervisor who is flexible or rigid. Feels much more like a corporation than a hospital.

Pros

Monday - Friday with weekends and holidays off.

Cons

Cost of health insurance is high. With their employer health insurance plan any provider outside of Saint Luke's is out-of-network. You have to use your earned paid time off for holiday pay. No bonuses for nurses. Appears to be little room for advancement or learning opportunities on the corporate side of the company.
