Pros

Awesome benefits, flexible schedule, and great salary! Upper management really listens and focuses on employee satisfaction. Beautiful new facility that I enjoy working in every day.

Cons

It can be a stressful job, and healthcare is not for everyone. If you're just here for a paycheck, then this isn't the right place for you.

New Fras RN review

Pros

High acuity patients. Generally good people working there. Learned a lot as a new grad. Able to work extra shifts and earn the extra money that isn't in hourly pay

Cons

One of the other lowest paid new grad RN positions. Almost always felt understaffed and like I did not have help on a high acuity unit. (Very scary for a new grad). Company really cares about saving every $$. Also does not have multi team rounding for the patients which is very frustrating for nursing

Used to be 'Best Company to Work For'

Pros

Great people to work with. Even directors were down to earth - probably since they promote from within - the directors were all at one time a nurse on the floor. Their experiences kept a common ground between themselves and those they managed.

Cons

The organization is moving fast in changes to 'save money' but forgetting what matters most - the health professionals providing the quality care. The organization is ultimately going to have to count on great patient care to keep afloat, but their making cuts and adding heavier workloads in those professions. Not smart.
