Pros

Good health insurance Descent PTO accrual

Cons

Asking for more out of their employees, but raises over the last three years have been minimal, if anything and benefits have started to become a lot more expensive resulting in a negative result. Leadership has gotten more money and do not have to accrue PTO for time off. They can take it when they want. Lack of a career ladder in my department. Leadership wants more work out of employees, but can't or won't do anything to motivate.

management has been back and forth on a lot of things in the last decade including a very poor choice in McKesson software which was quickly switched to Epic
