Pros

Varied diagnosis in outpatient setting. Great staff to work with in outpatient.

Cons

Lower salary. Hospital is old. Needs better location to gain more customers.

Pros

Shared Governance, Clinical Ladder (CAP Program), Mutual Climate of Respect--- among Dr's/Nurses/Admin/Aux Staff, Beautiful Facility, Excellent Benefits- I loved the Dr's I worked with. Great teamwork on my unit- great nurses to work with.

Cons

Low Pay-- while CAP program is excellent way and incentive to be involved and contribute to hospital, you have to jump through hoops to get a raise, which is still low. Top Heavy in Mgmt., Often no time for lunch or restroom breaks (perhaps the nature of the job?)
