Pros

The position never left anyone to boredom and overall the staff was fairly cohesive. I had a great team to work with.

Cons

The yearly requirements to keep up with safety and other forms were a bit difficult to maintain as there wasnt enough downtime to actually complete.

Pros

There is great team work. I really enjoy my co workers on my shift. There is a career advancement program.

Cons

The benefits used to be some of the best but they keep reducing pto and insurance premiums keep climbing. My current manager really doesn't seem to enforce the tardy policy which causes some issues between days and nights. The career advancement program also keeps increasing with demands and you have to do more to maintain your level
